Created for the development and operation of renewable energy generation projects in Nicaragua. The company was formed by a consortium of Central American investors. GLF has a majority interest in the company.

The  company  developed  a  13  MW  hydroelectric  project  called  PH Pantasma. Commercial operation was achieved on August 2013.
